Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We collect as little as the Service can function with.
1. What we collect
Account data
- Username — public, shown on the forum.
- Email address — used for account recovery and support replies.
- Password — stored only as a bcrypt hash. We cannot read it, and neither can anyone who obtains the database.
- Registration IP and last login time — used for abuse prevention and fraud detection.
Order and licence data
- Products and plans purchased, order amount, order status and timestamps.
- Licence keys issued to your account, their expiry, and the hardware identifier your licence is bound to.
- Download events: which licence downloaded which build, when, from which IP.
Content you post
- Forum threads, replies, product reviews and support tickets, along with their timestamps.
Technical data
- A single session cookie so you stay signed in. It contains a random identifier and nothing else.
- Standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp).
2. What we do not collect
- We do not store card numbers or bank details. Payments are made in cryptocurrency and settle outside our systems.
- We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
- We do not read, collect or transmit the contents of your files, messages or unrelated programs.
- We do not sell, rent or trade personal data to anyone, ever.
3. Why we process this data
- To provide the Service — authenticating you, issuing licences, serving downloads.
- To prevent abuse — detecting licence sharing, chargeback fraud and automated attacks.
- To support you — answering tickets and diagnosing technical problems.
- To meet legal obligations — keeping basic transaction records.
4. The hardware identifier
The loader derives a one-way hash from your machine's hardware and sends only that hash to us, so a licence can be bound to one machine. It cannot be reversed into your hardware serial numbers, and it is used for nothing except licence enforcement.
5. Retention
- Account data: kept while the account exists, deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
- Order records: kept for up to 5 years where required for accounting.
- Download logs and server logs: kept for 90 days, then deleted.
- Support tickets: kept for 12 months after closure.
6. Sharing
Data is shared only with the infrastructure providers needed to run the site (hosting and database). They process data on our instructions. We disclose data to authorities only where we are legally compelled to.
7. Your rights
You can request access to the data we hold about you, correction of anything inaccurate, deletion of your account and its data, or an export of your data. Open a ticket from the Support page from the email address on the account and we will action it within 30 days.
8. Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Database access is restricted and parameterised throughout the application. Session cookies are HTTP-only and flagged secure over HTTPS. Build files are stored outside the public web path and are only ever streamed after a licence check.
No system is perfectly secure. If we ever discover a breach affecting your data, we will announce it in the forum and notify affected accounts by email.
9. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
