Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the ZeathCheats website, forum and software (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or purchasing a licence you agree to them in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase a licence. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful where you are.
2. Licence grant
A purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to run the software on a single machine for the duration of the plan you bought. It does not transfer ownership of the software or any intellectual property in it.
You may not:
- share, resell, rent, sublicense or redistribute any build or licence key;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to extract source code;
- upload any build to a public site, scanner, or file-sharing service;
- use the software to build, train or assist a competing product.
Breaching this section results in immediate, permanent termination of your licence and account without refund.
2.1 Hardware locking
Every licence is bound to one machine. You may reset the hardware binding yourself once every 14 days from your dashboard. Repeated resets that suggest sharing will be investigated.
3. Acceptable use of the website and forum
- No posting of licence keys, account credentials or private staff messages.
- No harassment, hate speech, threats, or doxxing.
- No advertising competing products or services.
- No attempts to attack, probe or overload our infrastructure.
We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach these rules at our discretion.
4. Risk acknowledgement
This is the most important section of these Terms, so read it carefully.
Using third-party software with an online game will, in most cases, violate the terms of service or end-user licence agreement of that game. The likely consequence is suspension or permanent ban of your game account, and potentially any account linked to the same payment method or hardware.
You accept that risk entirely and solely. ZeathCheats does not promise that any build is, or will remain, undetected. Anti-cheat systems change constantly. We publish detection status honestly and pull builds as soon as we see evidence of a problem, but we cannot and do not guarantee safety.
We strongly recommend you never use the Service on an account you are not prepared to lose.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error free, compatible with your hardware, or effective for any particular purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeathCheats is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of game accounts, in-game items, profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Payment and delivery
Prices are shown in USD and are payable in cryptocurrency. Orders are confirmed manually and licences are delivered to your dashboard on confirmation. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Service availability
We may take builds offline for updates without notice. When a product is marked Updating or Detected, licence time is paused for the duration, and the equivalent time is credited back to active licences. Paused time is our only remedy for downtime.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without refund, if you breach these Terms, attempt payment fraud or chargebacks, or abuse staff. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the forum's Announcements category. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
