Refund Policy

We would rather fix your problem than take your money for something that does not work. This page sets out exactly when a refund is issued.

You are eligible for a refund when

The product does not run on your system, and support cannot get it working within 24 hours of your first ticket.
A product you bought went into Detected status within 24 hours of purchase and you had not yet used it.
You were charged twice for the same order.
Your licence was never delivered after a confirmed payment and we cannot deliver it.

Requests must be opened within 24 hours of purchase, from the account that placed the order.

You are not eligible for a refund when

Your game account was banned. This is the risk you accept when you buy. No exceptions.
You have already used the licence beyond a brief test.
You will not follow the documented setup steps (Secure Boot, Memory Integrity, antivirus exclusions).
You changed your mind, or bought the wrong product without contacting us first.
A product was temporarily in Updating status. Licence time is paused during updates, so you lose nothing.
You breached the Terms of Service — for example by sharing or reselling a build.
More than 24 hours have passed since the purchase.

How to request one

Open a ticket from the Support page with the category Payment or order.
Include your order reference (it looks like ZC-1A2B3C4D) and what went wrong.
Give support a chance to fix it first — most "it does not work" tickets are resolved in one reply.
If it cannot be fixed, the refund is approved and sent back to the wallet you paid from.

Crypto refunds are sent within 3 business days of approval. Network fees are deducted from the refunded amount.

Chargebacks

Opening a payment dispute instead of a ticket results in an immediate permanent ban on all associated accounts and licences. Talk to us first — it is faster and it actually works.
